Satisfaction of crewmembers are not only about money but more about culture and policy of the company, last two pandemic season are more important for crew to feel how much employer cares and make them safe. Largely influenced employees also the approach of supervisors, good career, the time of payment of salaries, taxes and insurances, leisure, food, internet on the ship as years before too. Last years were important how was paid salary when crew stayed at home. Some companies have had only one solution – to finish contract with crew. Also with the crew who worked loyal for company more than 15 years.
