As Renata is working on board already 13 years, started on board rivergoing vessels, than worked on seagoing vessels on several positions.
We talked to about advatages and disadvatages of job on board. Employees are unhappy to work more hours, but happy when they could go out and to see nice places. What about food, accomodation, rest time – that‘s all topics we talked to about.
